HOW CAN WE MAKE MONEY?
SCENARIO A - Profit Share.
Lasertag will come to your event such as a fete, show or
festival and set up on a grassed area. We
charge each participant $5 per game. 20% of the ex GST takings
is then given to the event organisers.
 For example if we provide 20 phasers with associated inflatable
barriers and required staff for 6 hours, we expect to put
through 6 games per hour. So your school can make sales
of up to $2,520 GST INC (assuming 70% utilisation rate, ie
average game has 14 participants). Your group earns $504 GST
INC ($458.18 ex GST).
Takings can be much higher if the event is very busy.
SCENARIO B - Fixed Price Rental
You may decide to rent from us 20 phasers for 6 hours of
operations for only $1,488 Inc GST. In that time, we can handle as
many as 720 player participations. If everyone has paid $5 per
game, and assuming 70% utilisation rate, your school would get
sales of $2,520 GST INC. So you can make a profit
of $1,032 GST INC ($938.12 ex GST).
